Bowling Surface Care
- The bowling mat should be rolled up with the playing surface on the outside and should always be rolled tightly around the centre tube.
- When rolling the bowling mat around the centre tube, if it starts to become 'baggy' or 'telescope' off the centre tube it is best to unroll
the mat and start again to ensure that the mat is rolled tightly around the centre tube.
- Once the mat is rolled tightly around the centre tube it should be secured using the straps provided.
- All Greengauge Bowling Mats can be cleaned using a standard upright domestic vacuum cleaner, it is advised that no other form of vacuum cleaner is used as this
may damage the mat. The mat should be cleaned at regular intervals to ensure its longevity.
- Most dirty marks on the mat can be cleaned using a damp cloth and most standard domestic detergents. If any marks prove to be difficult to remove
from the carpet please contact our sales team for more advice on how to remove it.
- Providing these guidelines are followed the carpet should remain in a good condition. If any minor delamination does occur to the ends of the carpet
please make sure a repair is carried out as soon as possible. For more information on how to repair the carpet please contact our sales team.
- The Bowling Surface should be handled with care at all times.
